Three of Something

Less is More wants to see three of something, so I thought I'd join with this quite busy CAS card. They also want you to visit three other participants. I got a guilty conscience there, life is in a hectic mode so blog visiting has been on the low side.

I would also like to join:
4 Crafty Chicks: No Pattern Paper
Snippets Playground: All the used papers are leftovers

I used:
Exchangeables Lily stamp, Aqua Markes
Cuttlebug lace square die, Spellbinder label die, Sizzix flourish die

Warm hugs

Maskerade

Hiya, hope you're having a wonderful weekend. I've been in a card making flow, it must be the sunshine that affects me in that way. The sentiment says Happy Easter in Swedish.

Challenges:

Challenges 4 Anybody: Anything Goes

I used:
Tim Holtz mask, Color Box Chalk, Penny Black image, Exchangeable's alphabet, black Archival ink

Lace and Pearls

Lace and pearls do make a romantic mix, the colours of the image came out bit darker than IRL.

Challenges:
Simon Says Stamp: Mother's Day/Special Girl

I used:
Penny Black stamp, Aqua Markers for stamping misted with water, Stickles, Liquid Pearls, the sentiment stamp is retired I believe, reused ribbon, lace from stash

Which one do you prefer, can't decide between them.

Have a wonderful week!

Warm hugs

Shape Me Up

Spring is in the air, there's a bit of warmth in the winds and crocuses are in full bloom. So I'm also trying to shape me up after an autumn and winter with no exercise on doctor's order. I can tell it's a lot easier to make shaped cards!

Challenges:
Sweet Stampin' Challenge: The song Lady Fuchsia by the Strawbs
4 Crafty Chicks: Shaped Cards
One Layer Simplicity: Just add water

I used:
PB fuchsia stamp and sentiment, Aqua Markers, spritzed with water, metallic Sakura pens, Perfect Pearls for shimmer, black Versa Fine ink, Spellbinders circle die, Kaiser half pearls

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Carnival Feathers

CASalogy has a fab theme this week; Carnival. Well, in my dreams I wear a carnival dress with lush feathers, but IRL I'm totally allergic to them. That's why they're a bite mute colour wise.

I used:
Inkadinkado splatter and feather stamp, Distress inks, pearl Perfect Pearls, scissors
Quickutz heart die
PB sentiment, black Versa Fine ink
Washi tape from a book store, charm from my stash box

I wish you everything good whatever you're up to!

Vintage Scraps

I can't believe that a few weeks flew by without any blogging. Life has given some new fun challenges both at work and when crafting. I can reveal the crafting bit here...glass fusion. It so fun and easy to stack different glass bits and dichroic glass is a pleasure to work with. You can see my first attempts below the card pics.

Challenges for the card:
Simon Says Stamp: Anything Goes with Pearls
Simply Create Too: Shop In Your Stash
Crafty Catz: Anything Goes
Dream Valley Challenges: Vintage
I used:
Scrap strips, White ink to blend them, sewing machine
Stampabilities border stamp, embossing ink and fine embossing powder
Tilda text stamp, Memento london fog ink
Liquitex gel medium, That Special touch mask
Papermania half pearls
Distress crackle paint and liquid pearl mixed together

Have a wonderful weekend!
